1. Introduction
cemunsal.com (the "Site") takes the privacy and security of your personal data seriously. This policy explains what information is collected when you visit the Site, how cookies are used and what your rights are. The Site operates in Türkiye and follows the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and general data protection principles.
2. Data Collected
When you fill in the contact form, your name, email address and message are collected. This data is used only to reply to you. When the form is sent, Cloudflare Turnstile verification runs to block automated bot submissions.
When you subscribe to the newsletter, your email address is stored on the Beehiiv platform. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every issue.
With your consent, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity are used to understand how the site is used. These tools set cookies. Clarity also records on-page behavior such as movement, clicks and scrolling as anonymous session recordings. Text you type and sensitive fields are masked by Clarity by default. These tools run only after you give cookie consent.
Basic visit counts are measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics. This method uses no cookies, anonymizes IP addresses and does not identify individuals. It does not require consent.
Server logs are recorded automatically for troubleshooting and deleted after a short period.
3. Cookies
A cookie is a small file the Site stores in your browser. Two kinds of cookies are used. Necessary cookies are required for the Site to work and do not need consent. Analytics cookies measure visitor behavior and are loaded only when you give explicit consent.
A cookie banner appears on your first visit. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity do not run until you choose "Accept". If you reject them, these tools are never loaded. To change or withdraw your choice later, use the "Cookie Preferences" link at the very bottom of the page.
